We prefer to build long term relationships. We're not just a another voice on a hotline. We get to know your business and your people. Some of our clients joined us in 2008 and contact us whenever they need assistance.

‘…He has always shown a strong personal interest in protecting our business interests in a very professional and practical manner. He is easy to work with and has become an essential part of our business.’ Lampson (Australia) Pty Ltd
Testimonial extract from Lampson Australia – client since 2008.

'....My business partner and I first met Michael many years ago over a complex employee relations issue. In one short meeting we developed a strategy that saved us tens of thousands of dollars in compensation payments. Since then, we have been relying on Michael’s specialist advice and guidance. While we may be dealing with various complex legal employment questions, he provides us with plain English options and recommendations. Michael always seeks to look after our business interests in a proficient manner.'

We DO NOT have monthly retainer charges or lock-in contracts. These arrangements are very costly and unfair for small employers who have occasional issues.

User friendly approach. Employee relations is getting quite complex and onerous on employers. We take the “tell me exactly what I need to know” approach to guiding senior management on employee relations issues – making the process as user-friendly as possible.

We prefer to prevent problems when they are small. We work to minimise (or even eliminate) the risk of unfair dismissal or adverse action applications proceeding to hearing in the Fair Work Commission or Federal Court.

We’re usually available from 7am to 6pm. We also have small business clients who prefer to talk after hours so they can talk more openly or when they’ve put the kids to bed!

We do not do hard sell. I don’t like it being done to me and I don’t do it to my clients. I’ll make recommendations and then its up to you.
